Time Trial Challenge


To start the weekend we thought we would give you all a small running challenge that will take you no more than 5 minutes!



Challenge

  • 1km time trial


How

  • Work out a route that is 1km in distance

  • Time yourself from start to finish and record your time

  • Run as fast as you can!



Some target times depending on your age can be found below:


  • Age 10 = Under 4 minutes 30 seconds

  • Age 12 = Under 4 mins

  • Age 14 = Under 3 mins 45 seconds

  • Age 16 = Under 3 mins 30 seconds

  • Aged 18+ = Under 3 mins 15 seconds


Once you have finished do not forget to record your time (comment it on here if you wish) and then next weekend see if you can beat it!
